In this “riveting” portion of the workshop students will learn the ins and outs of rivets! Multiple styles of traditional rivets and tube rivets will be taught. We will discuss the use of this cold connection technique to set found objects as well as combining traditional metalsmithing methods. Rivets are cool connection mechanism, either as a technical requirement or as your design aesthetic.
